Amy Goddard
DPT
Physical Therapy
Amy specializes in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Her treatment philosophy has been, and always will be, “Patient First.” She specializes in Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) methodology to offer an integrative approach that takes the whole body into account—whole-person health that treats not only the “what” but also the “why.” In addition to being Postural Restoration Certified, she uses multiple effective modalities, including Astym (a regenerative soft tissue technique highly effective with tendinitis and other chronic conditions), dry needling, breath work, and foot orthotics.
She believes private practice physical therapy is the best value in healthcare. Her greatest blessing is being an Aunt to her amazing nieces and nephews. She enjoys cycling, yoga, pickleball, and being outdoors. She has served on the Boards of Water Is Basic and Transform DRC and traveled numerous times with them to South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo to help bring clean water and hope to communities there.
